Since I am a life coach, I can easily describe what I do. I help people manage their minds. You see our brains, if left unmanaged, are like toddlers running around the house with a marker. They go nonstop coloring on any and everything, never thinking about what they are doing.
That is where I come in - I help my clients mange their brains. I help them see those thoughts that they just think are true, but that are actually creating unnecessary pain in their lives.
It's so fun!
Once my clients realize their thoughts create their feelings AND the results they are getting in life, they want help finding new ways to think about things.
Because new thoughts create new results.

So today I want to give you 10 thoughts that maybe you haven't considered before. Many of these I learned from others, but have greatly benefitted me. Pick one and try redirecting your brain to it until it becomes automatic. Let me know if any of these resonate with you, or help you live more intentionally:
1 - The universe is conspiring in my favor. Stop resisting it!
2 - Other people don't have to like me, that's my job!
3 - I'm not supposed to make my kids happy. I'm just supposed to love them.
4 - What other people think of me is none of my business!
5 - Other people are doing the best that they can!
6 - There is plenty of time!
7 - My body is amazing and is working for me!
8 - My husband isn't here to meet my needs. 9 - I don't have to be everything for everyone!
10 - Love is always an option, and it is always the best option!
